Terms & Conditions — t0303 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing the t0303 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the t0303 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Access to and use of the t0303 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. t0303 does not permit access by individuals under 21. This age restriction applies regardless of any lower age of majority that may apply in any jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The platform is designed and operated for the Indonesian market. Players accessing from jurisdictions where online gaming is specifically prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and are not eligible to use the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts.
• Single Account: You must not currently hold, or have previously held under a different identity, any other active or suspended t0303 account.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from t0303 or any associated platform. Attempting to register during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited into your t0303 Account must be your own lawfully obtained money. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party.

To access t0303's gaming services, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. t0303 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account Verification (KYC). t0303 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (KTP/SIM/Passport), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension and, ultimately, account closure.

• Each player may register and maintain only one Account. Duplicate accounts, regardless of whether different personal details are used, will be closed.
• Accounts must be registered in the player's own legal name. Nicknames or pseudonyms are not permitted for the legal name field.
• t0303 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Playing on behalf of another person is prohibited.

All financial transactions on t0303 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Indonesian payment channels:

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of successful transfer. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. t0303 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. t0303 does not charge withdrawal fees. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within 15 minutes. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal banking hours may be subject to delays attributable to the receiving financial institution.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal suspension.
• t0303 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.
• Funds deposited in error (e.g., to the wrong account number) are subject to our standard dispute resolution process and cannot be guaranteed for recovery.
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider in respect of t0303 transactions without prior notice to t0303 support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

t0303 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement, specified per promotion) before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering calculations. Contribution rates are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion (typically 7 to 30 days from crediting). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived exclusively from them are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new promotion before completing an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any amount in excess of this cap will be removed upon withdrawal processing.
• Abuse Prevention: t0303 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting to complete wagering requirements, coordinated play between accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.

t0303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, where continued operation of the promotion would be commercially unreasonable or where technical errors have affected its integrity.

All games available on t0303 — including sportsbook betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Bingo Online, and Sakong — are governed by the rules of the respective Game Provider supplying the title. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as published by the applicable Game Provider.

Random Number Generation. All t0303 slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our licensed Game Providers. These systems are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Sportsbook Betting. All sportsbook bets — including pre-match, live in-play, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Disconnection Policy. In the event of a network disconnection during an active game round, t0303's systems will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Bets already placed and accepted at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome. t0303 is not responsible for losses attributable to network instability on the player's side.

• t0303 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where a technical error, data feed fault, or third-party malfunction has materially affected the result.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game interface.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. t0303 reserves the right to request identity documentation before releasing jackpot funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t0303 platform. Any player found to be engaging in Restricted Activity will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using t0303 to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or conduct any activity in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering regulations is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

• Account Sharing or Transfer: Sharing login credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to place bets or manage funds through your Account, is prohibited.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the platform as a person under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating such access, is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Technical Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate illegitimate gains. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported to t0303 support and will be voided.

All content on the t0303 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of t0303 or its licensed Game Providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from t0303.

Game titles, studio branding, and associated assets displayed on t0303 remain the intellectual property of their respective Game Providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and are used under licence. Any unauthorised use of these assets is a breach of intellectual property law.

t0303 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t0303's total cumulative liability to any player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t0303 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Any loss arising from a Force Majeure event, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or civil disturbances.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing systems (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) beyond t0303's reasonable control.
• Any loss attributable to the player's own failure to maintain account security or to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Technical issues on game titles caused by Game Provider software, for which the respective Game Provider's own liability terms apply.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting t0303 support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by t0303. t0303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without notice, at its sole discretion — where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, Restricted Activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Restricted Activity, any Balance in the Account may be forfeited.

Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your right to access the t0303 platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination indefinitely.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Indonesian market. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Dispute Process. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the t0303 platform — including game outcomes, payment processing, bonus settlements, or account decisions — you must first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. t0303 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days (WIB).

Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, either party may escalate the matter to t0303's internal disputes committee. The committee's decision will be issued in writing within 14 days of escalation and will be final and binding, subject only to any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law.

• t0303's official language for dispute correspondence is English. Correspondence in other languages will be accepted but official responses will be issued in English.
• Any claim or dispute must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
• Players retain any statutory rights available to them under mandatory Indonesian consumer protection legislation, which these Terms do not seek to override.

t0303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantively affects your rights or obligations as a player — t0303 will provide notice via a prominent on-platform notification and, where possible, by email to your registered address, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the change takes effect.

Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates required by changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform without advance notice.

The version of these Terms & Conditions published on the t0303 platform at the time of any given transaction or event shall be the version applicable to that transaction or event. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
